Q. Is in person shopping or studio visit available in your studio?

A. Yes, Rami Kim Studio is open for studio visit / private shopping. Please email ramikimstudio@gmail.com to make an appointment.

Q. Do you wholesale?

A. Thank you for your interest. I do wholesale, but I am not accepting new accounts at the moment. Please check back again later.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. Most of my work is made to order with 2-4 weeks lead time unless otherwise noted.

It could take 10-12 weeks for customized orders.

During holiday season it may take 4-6 weeks.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, international shipping is available. However, it is important to understand that when placing an order, you are agreeing to be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by your country. For smaller items, USPS First Class International Mail will be used, but please be aware that this service does not provide tracking information. Shipments exceeding 2 pounds will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or alternative couriers such as UPS or DHL, if necessary. If any additional shipping costs are incurred, the buyer will be notified accordingly. Should you wish to upgrade to a different shipping option, please contact me via email.

Please be advised that I cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs procedures. All orders within the USA will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS, accompanied by tracking information.
